Shipping Policy

Domestic USA · USPS Ground Advantage

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Method

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included on every order. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your label is generated. You can also view live tracking on your account orders page.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Free Shipping

Orders above the free-shipping threshold displayed in your cart qualify for complimentary domestic shipping. Otherwise, a flat rate is applied at checkout.

Carrier Delays & USPS Acceptance Scans

Once a shipping label is generated, your tracking number is issued before USPS physically scans the package into their network. It is common for tracking to display "Awaiting Item," "Label Created," "Pre-Shipment," or "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" for 24–96 hours (occasionally longer during peak periods) before the carrier performs the acceptance scan. This does not mean your package is lost — it means the label has been printed and the package is in the carrier's possession awaiting their first network scan.

Ares Research is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, other carriers, supplier or warehouse allocation timing, weather events, holidays, customs (international), or any circumstance outside our direct control. Estimated delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@aresresearchlab.com within 7 days of the carrier's last scan. Please contact support before filing any payment dispute or chargeback — see our Refund Policy for replacement procedures.

Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-ship fee.
